If you mean all of the US by “down there” then I agree with you. They’ve truly rigged the system so that they will always be elected as the majority (gerrymandering is a fine art with them) as well as passing more and more laws meant to restrict voting to their base. They are terrified of mail-in ballots because it makes voting easier, not because someone might cheat.

Regardless, the Democrats have to come back into the game with an attitude to do whatever it takes to win, because the Republicans certainly do that. The Democrats can stop at the illegalities, and they should, but that means constant vigilance and tremendous hustle.

They’ve made certain there are no consequences for their actions. No consequences for them, that is; everyone else gets to pay the price – including the ignorant working class members who think Trump is doing a great job when in fact he’s the worst leader any country has ever had in the history of the world.
