And then, just today, Olympus released the E-M10. With the E-M10 Olympus has made all its Pens effectively obsolete. I can’t see buying a Pen unless it’s at firesale prices, and even then I’d think long and hard. I would be greatly surprised if Olympus releases anything beyond the E-P5.

I also wonder what my next serious (expensive) camera will be. I’m thinking of a nice 50th birthday present. My fun $200 excursions with the Nikon J1 and Fujifilm XF1 don’t count in camera list.
