These are political cartoons I collect via the Washington Post. I love well-drawn and sharply conceived political cartoons. Before you jump to a typical conclusion, I’m an Independent. I’m one of those voters who believe the candidates should be qualified for the position they’re running for. In other words I (try to) vote on merit, but that sure is tough these days. At a much earlier point in my life I’d clip them out of the newspapers and put them in a cardboard box to pull them out later and appreciate them again. All of these touch on so many subjects I’m concerned with. These cartoons wrap up my feelings so neatly in just a single image. I wish I could do this.
