I came across this sticker in a parking lot while my wife was at a multi-hour doctor’s appointment in downtown Orlando today. A little searching found plenty of references to it, starting back to the early part of 2022. According to their website;

REVIVED SOLDIERS Ukraine is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts are tax deductible to the full extent allowable under the law.

Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN): 47-5315018.

REVIVED SOLDIERS Ukraine is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing aid to the people of Ukraine in support of their fundamental human rights and the medical rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers…

I have no idea if this is a legitimate organization or not, but after less than a day of search and reading they appear to be legitimate, providing a vital set of medical services to injured Ukrainian soldiers in their righteous fight to defend their Ukrainian homeland against the sadistic Russian thugs.

All I can recommend right now is to do more research, and quickly. Regardless of how we do it, we need to help Ukraine as much as possible.
