Another Luke portrait. He’s always good for a photo or two any time.
I’m still experimenting with the Lumix G9’s internal color settings. Right now I have Photo Style set to Vivid, with Sharpness +1 and Saturation +2. I’m trying to get that old Kodachrome 64 look. I’m also using the M.Zuiko 1.8/75mm, which has its own “personality” with regards to color and sharpness. It’s a tremendous lens no matter what body it’s mounted on.
Contemporary digital cameras, such as the Pen F, EM-1 M2, and Lumix G9 have beautiful color production capabilities. I will not spend a single moment in post on an image except to read them off the card and do some cropping and straightening. This is a JPEG out of the G9.
Rob Trek has a YouTube video on how to set up a Pen F to imitate Kodachrome 25 that you might find helpful in your effort.
